Before you book
A quick heads-up
before we shoot.

01Have the home photo-ready before we arrive. We'll send a simple prep checklist with your confirmation.
02We don't move furniture or heavy, glass, or fragile items, and won't rearrange staging, for safety and liability. Light cosmetic touches (a small faux plant, hanging a picture) are no problem.
03Booking drone or aerial? It needs extra lead time so our licensed pilot can clear airspace and check weather.
04If you won't be on site, add the lockbox or gate code to your order notes.
05Shooting amenity or shared spaces? Pools, gyms, clubhouses and lounges need to be clear when we arrive. We won't ask residents or guests to move on your behalf. Tell us your quietest hours and we'll schedule around them. We also don't photograph identifiable people without a signed release.
Shown once per visit, when you start a real-estate booking.
